At VARNIYAM, every piece is prepared with care and attention to detail. Since our garments are stitched specifically after an order is confirmed, we require additional time to prepare your order.
Order Processing & Stitching
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, your garment will be prepared and stitched specifically for your order.
Orders will generally be processed, stitched and prepared for dispatch within 8–10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
This 8–10 business day period is the order preparation and stitching time and does not include the courier delivery period.
Dispatch & Delivery
Once your order has been completed and quality-checked, it will be dispatched through our delivery partner.
After dispatch, delivery within India generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
The overall delivery timeline may therefore generally be around 11–17 business days, including stitching/processing and courier transit.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, remote locations, incorrect address details or circumstances beyond VARNIYAM's control.
Order Confirmation
An order will be considered confirmed only after payment confirmation and acceptance of the order by VARNIYAM.
Once an order is accepted, the stitching and preparation process will begin.
As garments may be prepared specifically after an order is placed, cancellation or modification requests may not be possible once production has started.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided during the order process, where applicable.
Delays
In exceptional circumstances, additional time may be required for stitching, quality checking or dispatch. If there is a significant delay, VARNIYAM will communicate the same to the customer.
Incorrect Address / Unsuccessful Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, customer unavailability or repeated delivery failure, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged Package
If your package appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take photographs/videos of the package before opening it and contact VARNIYAM as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your VARNIYAM piece. As our garments are prepared in limited quantities and may be stitched specifically after an order is placed, we follow a carefully defined return and exchange policy.
Eligibility
A return or exchange request may be considered for:
- A product received in a damaged condition.
- A manufacturing defect.
- An incorrect product or size sent by VARNIYAM.
- A product that is materially different from the confirmed order.
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange or return assessment:
- The product must be unused and unworn.
- Original tags and labels must remain attached.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product must not have been washed, altered, stained or damaged.
- The product must not have been exposed to perfume, deodorant or other substances.
- Any accessories supplied with the product must also be returned.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

- Customised or personalised products.
- Made-to-order pieces where stitching or production has already commenced.
- Products purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions.
- Products altered at the customer's request.
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage or misuse.

Size Exchanges
Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Size exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, VARNIYAM may offer an alternative solution depending on the circumstances.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, incorrect product or error by VARNIYAM, return shipping may be arranged or reimbursed as applicable.
For approved customer-requested exchanges, applicable shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, VARNIYAM will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the return.
Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable original payment method or another method communicated by VARNIYAM.

Product Variations
